Cordant People Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in the Grangemouth area. This is a temporary position that will last for up to 3 months.
The role itself is busy and requires someone with excellent time management skills who can prioritise their workload. You will be responsible for making sure the day to day office tasks run smoothly for the team and your duties will include:
Answering telephone calls.
Dealing with written communication via email or letter.
Dealing with confidential information.
Inputting information accurately into company database.
Working through paperwork and forms making sure everything has been completed accurately.
Dealing with all administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning, copying and both incoming and outgoing mail.
Dealing with queries from members of staff.
Any other ad hoc tasks as required
In addition to this you will be naturally organised with strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. You must be able to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner. You will be available immediately and flexible if the assignment was to be extended.
