Sales Office Administrator

Salary: 16-17,000 + Bonus

A new role working as part of a small but busy team with a company that manufactures and distributes fodd industry related products. Dealing with a wide range of customers in over 40 countries around the world, directly and through Distributors duties will include:

-Supporting existing sales administrators/account managers in the management of a key account for a large customer

-Receiving and processing day to day sales orders on Netsuite ERP/CRM system (needs a high level of accuracy and attention to detail)

-Processing order paperwork and maintaining correspondence records on ERP/CRM system

-Booking in deliveries with large blue-chip companies

-Completing daily dispatch with UK and international couriers when required

-Raising purchase orders for key supplier

-Answering incoming calls, dealing with queries and responding to any customer service issues in a professional and enthusiastic manner

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

-Strong IT skills with a godd working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

-A strong desire to provide an excellent level of customer service

-Attention to detail and the ability to take ownership and accountability for actions

-Confident communication skills
