An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to support our employability team and carry out the administrative requirements of our Work First Scotland Programme. Your role will be to support the Delivery Manager to keep project records, prepare reports to funders and undertake everyday administrative functions to ensure smooth programme delivery.
The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to members of the employment team and supporting the administration of competitive tenders. This will involve entering data and processing claims on the Corporate Training System database, and ensuring that compliance requirements are met.
The post holder will oversee general office management and may also have the opportunity to contribute to ENABLE Work’s employment development processes by supporting clients to develop their administration and workplace skills within the department.
