Our HR Shared Services Centre based in Livingston is responsible for the full Employee Lifecycle of every member of the Iron Mountain UK workforce of approximately 1700 staff. Due to a number of major projects within this team an opportunity has been created for a HR Administrator to join us on a 9 month fixed term contract with potential for extension or permanency.
If successful you will provide an administration/processing service to internal customers of the HR Services Centre in accordance with agreed service level agreements. This will include, but not limited to; recruitment, vetting, induction, absence, performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy, changes in contractual terms, leavers, rehiring, reward and learning and development.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes:
- A clear commitment to achieving high levels of customer service.
- Excellent administration and processing skills.
- A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of HR orientated software would be advantageous.
- Currently working in a HR Administration role or have a desire to begin a career in HR.
