Our client who is based within a highly regarded public sector organization, have a temporary Administrator role for approx 3 months with a possible extension. This role attracts a pay rate of 9.02 per hour and will be based in the Motherwell area. The hours of work will be 22.5 per week - Monday to Wednesday 9am to 5pm.

MAIN TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supporting the heads of service, taking minutes, (absence review meetings/disciplinary etc)
- Typing letter and general correspondence
- screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager

Skills:

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
