Allstaff Paisley require an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to work with a well established construction company on an ongoing basis for up to 6 months.
Candidates must have a construction/maintenance background and be available for an immediate start.
Duties will include:
- Answering calls from customers reporting faults.
- Logging details of faults against in-house system.
- Liaising with tradespeople and organising emergency or planned repairs.
- Coins system experience preferred, but not essential
