We are looking for a proactive, flexible and motivated person to provide a comprehensive secretarial support service to Perth and Kinross Councillors.
This role will enable you to use your customer care skills to the maximum.
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential, as is strong communication skills.
IT literate, you will use Microsoft Office packages and several Council computer systems.
The work pattern for the post is 2 days per week, working on Thursdays and Fridays.
We need someone who has experience of working in a high pressure environment, who can deal effectively and diplomatically with Councillors, Council employees and members of the public, at all times displaying a can-do attitude.
