Your new company
My exclusive client, based in East Perthshire are looking for a Sales Administrator. Salary ranging from £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience. Due to location, own transport is essential.
Your new role
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key clients by taking personal and complete responsibility for each contact. You will exceed customer requirements by providing them with the necessary order and product information and by handling and resolving any customer queries and complaints in a timely basis. You will process all sales orders, organise transport, process shipping documentation, process invoices and produce reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Sales Administrator who has the ability to produce work of a high quality with close attention to detail. You'll have a good working knowledge of Excel and Word and should be organised, flexible and self motivated, with strong time management skills. Candidates with SAGE experience would be preferred but this is not essential. This is a busy role therefore it is important that you have the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a busy but also exciting environment.
