As Administrator & Receptionist you will bring with you previous experience in a similar role, and demonstrate a proven track record of working in a target driven, results orientated environment.
With exceptional communication skills you will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy standards and pride yourself in achieving and exceeding expectations.
You will also bring with you a mature approach and passion for working in a customer focused environment, while demonstrating experience working in a role where sensitivity, confidentiality and patience have been required. Proven experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to adapt and learn bespoke systems is essential.
Professional or personal experience relating to individuals with hearing difficulties may be advantageous to your application.
A typical day as Administrator & Receptionist would include:
Booking customer appointments including extensive diary management
Scheduling appointments to ensure the most effective use of office and field based staff's time
Following up on sales leads to generate appointments
Performing reminder calls to confirm all appointments prior to the appointment date
Promotion and sale of follow up appointments as per the customer's requirements
Administration of all paperwork connected to the customers appointments
Meeting and greeting customers
