The Foyer has an opportunity for a reliable friendly administrator who will present a welcoming, professional service to all who contact the Foyer.  Facilitating the smooth running of the administrative process and ensuring that all ESF paperwork has been completed correctly and recording appropriate information on to the database.

Successful applicants will have good organisational skills and experience and will have a calm, efficient approach with excellent administrative experience.  Good communication skills are essential as well as excellent  IT skills including excel, word, outlook, database experience.  Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
