Our growing and successful firm are now recruiting for a Data Integrity Officer to join our team in Glasgow.
You will be responsible for the collection, processing and organisation of Glasgow General Practice client data throughout the client lifecycle. Working closely with client facing staff and partners, as well as marketing and finance functions, this role ensures the integrity of our client data and efficiency of the collection, processing and organisation procedures.
You will deal with the take-on procedures for new clients – reviewing, documenting and streamlining as necessary. This will likely include meeting with the client to gather all take-on documentation and the data we require for our systems, including APS. You will liaise with Partners, Directors and Managers to continuously review and develop processes, educating staff as to their importance and monitoring compliance. You will be responsible for the organisation of professional clearance letters and, in liaison with the partner/manager, the engagement letter. In this role you will proactively ensure the integrity of our client data, including money laundering information, engagement letters, data held on our various systems about the client, contacts, interests etc. This involves direct client contact and relevant liaison with Partners, Directors and Managers. You will work closely with marketing to ensure that data required and collected during marketing activity is relevant and up to date. You will identify and proactively manage filing and return deadlines through the production of monthly runs of our client progress sheets and you will run monthly PIQ reports of WIP for each partner. Meet with Partner and agree next steps as appropriate.
We are looking for someone with strong planning and organisational skills to ensure a proactive service and the meeting of deadlines, and to ensure that the varied workload is managed effectively; you will be self motivated and can work with autonomy, to a high level; and you will possess excellent client service skills. We therefore are looking for a good communicator who has the ability to engage at all levels, both internally and externally. You should have the ability to present written and oral data in a way that is easily understood by others and you should be able to adapt to the needs of the role. You should be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be able to show the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
