Our support functions ensure that the business can do business and open our doors every day. Our payroll department are currently looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join the team that are pivotal in providing the best support to all weekly paid employees, monthly paid employees and outside agencies.
The Senior Payroll Administrator will focus on a number of key duties including:
- Input Lodge & Radius forms in to payroll system and Oracle & keep systems up to change with any changes.
- Dealing with tax recalculations
- Calculating & processing sick pay
- Processing pension deductions for auto enrolment
- Respond to employee queries quickly & efficiently
This is a busy & diverse role with many other duties that will ensure the smooth running of the department. You will have extensive experience as a payroll administrator processing high volume payroll and processing weekly payroll for holiday/sick cover. Naturally your IT skills will be excellent, in particular, you must have strong excel & word skills and ideally with experience using Oracle systems. Together with this, a positive and enthusiastic outlook, accuracy & diligence, you will ensure you become a valuable member of the team.
