Let me tell you a bit about your new venture…

You will be surrounded by a supportive team with like-minded attitudes and values. My client- a prestigious, nationwide business who specialise in Waste Management are looking for a new addition to their team to work within the Logistics department. A friendly office, based in Renfrewshire where you are a valued member of the team.

Your day to day will involve liaising with multiple departments within the business, therefore you will be a good communicator at all levels. You will be a self-motivated, results oriented individual who thinks outside the box and challenges the norm. A driving licence is essential for the role.

You will provide a professional and timely document control service, organise operational and transport functions of the business, have working knowledge of routing, ensure all information is correctly distributed and acknowledged and records are regularly updated. You will keep a daily back up of essential files, note and attempt to rectify any unsigned documents, assist Manager of Admin and Logistics with paperwork such as invoicing and filing, liaise with multiple departments daily, keep the scheduling board updated and populating the weekly dashboard for revenues.
