We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant into the Regional Support team due to continued growth in the Highlands and Islands Region. This position is based in our Kyle of Lochalsh Depot, you will work closely with or Regional Support team in Inverness. As part of this team, you will be responsible for raising Purchase Orders and receipting invoices We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills and a good level of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) are essential for preparing and producing reports for management. Strong attention to detail will enable you to maintain the high degree of accuracy required for data capture and record maintenance of vehicle checks and safety briefs. You will regularly update this information onto our internal systems (Promise and Sims); therefore although not essential, experience with either of these packages would be advantageous.

To be successful in the role you will have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be required to liaise with customers (internally and externally), both face to face and over the telephone on a daily basis. Your motivation and flexibility is essential, as you will be required to provide phone duties associated with on /off site times of our field based operatives and may also be required to participate in standby duties during storm works.
