Following long-term sustainable growth, we need to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer to work within our successful, highly-motivated and close knit recruitment team. We have experienced 5 years continual growth and anticipate a strong performance in 2017 to offer a long term future to the successful person. Our Recruitment team alone is currently almost 30 people strong, sharing over 125 years of experience in the recruitment of construction professionals, so you'll be mentored by some of the best in our industry.
We're the largest independent provider of technical and professional staff to the construction industry in Scotland, with an enviable reputation for developing and retaining staff. No hire and fire culture here. We provide our team with a career and develop their skills to enable them to provide a truly excellent service which has resulted in year on year growth in excess of 15% in the last 3 years. Trusted by both clients and job seekers, we need skilled people who are able to listen to client and candidate needs and deliver realistic recruitment solutions.
Many Recruiters are disillusioned by meaningless sales targets, call targets that only irritate all parties, pressure to send CV's (suitable or not!) and miss out valuable parts of the recruitment process to make a sale. Contract Scotland does not manage by activity targets, but has a management system that promotes excellence. We do not work on a commission basis and staff are valued and managed on their ability to develop effective relationships offering smart, value added solutions with the client and jobseeker at the forefront of all dialogue. We broke records again in 2015, owing to the strength of our brand and the experience and determination of our recruitment team, within which we have pretty much zero staff turnover. We are still continuing to break new records in 2016 which is great.
