SARN Technologies Ltd is a fast growing IT Solutions provider based in Stirling. We have a new opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our existing sales team in a Sales Administrator/Sales Support role.
Reporting to the Sales Director the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales Department. They must have excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner and an enthusiastic and professional attitude. Ideally with at least 2 years’ business experience, a high level of computer skills and an ambition to succeed in a fast moving and demanding environment.
Maintain and update Customer Database and Records. Prepare letters and quotes as required. Organise and follow up mail shots. Act as contact for sales enquiries. Assist the Sales Dept. achieve targets. Maintain customer records. Sales and Purchase Order processing. Market research.
