We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Harvest Manager. This role will assist and provide support to the Harvest Manager in maintaining the daily harvest process and operation, to enable delivery of a quality product within the defined targets.
Applicants will have previous supervisory experience, be a well-motivated, proactive individual with a positive and flexible approach to driving continuous improvement within a team. The successful candidate will also assist in ensuring site compliance with all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Environmental and Animal Welfare legislation.
Hours are 40 per week, Sunday to Thursday evenings starting at 10pm. Please note that normal working hours may vary to meet the harvest plan requirements.
