Due to this huge success in recent years, we are now looking to attract an experienced Prep Centre Manager for our Brand New CarStore Dundee. This is a full time opportunity in which the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall running and profitability of the Prep Centre.

The main responsibilities of the Preparation Centre Manager, are to ensure the correct quality and cost controls are implemented and adhered to in line with PV group standards. Departmental costs are controlled in conjunction with the financial operation. Resources and assets will be utilised at a level commensurate with profit targets and it will be ensured that guests are highly satisfied and guest relations are enhanced.

Person Specification:

Ideally you will have the below skills and attributes:

· Relevant experience in service leadership role

· Proven track record in Aftersales within the automotive sector

· Technical qualifications, as appropriate

·  A current driving licence

·  Willingness to work  additional/unsocial hours as required

· Demonstrate experience of setting and  reviewing financial, volume and operational objectives.
