We're recruiting for a global company in Edinburgh. You will be representing a key account and will be responsible for receiving calls from customers, discussing a range of products and services. You will be trained to resolve calls and to provide first time resolution when possible.

Role Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Commitment to a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard.

Hours for this role are 40 per week; 5 days out of 7 16:30-01:00.
