Customer Service Advisor Glasgow   7.56 per hour

Pertemps Call Centre Division is currently recruiting for experience Inbound Customer Service advisors on a Temporary basis to cover a busy period for a large retail client based jsut outside the city centre.

Within this position you will be expected to work shifts between 7am and 11pm, 5 days out of 7. So you must be flexible and able to work weekends as and when required. Due to the location of the site, and late finishing times, you would need to have your own transport or be able to get public transport at a late hour.

You will have previous experience either within a call centre or customer facing role. You must be able to communicate via the telephone and email, confirming customer information.

You will be expected to deal with a large volume of queries from customers on orders from the website. You may also have to call customers and follow up on calls to make sure orders are received and deal with any complaints on products.

To be considered for the role you must pass a Disclosure & Credit Check which will carried out by our client.

In return you will be paid 7.56 per hour and paid weekly. This temporary role is expected to run until Christmas time. However there is an opportunity of the role becoming permanent for the right candidates. Start dates will be available in October.
