Allstaff Paisley have an urgent requirement for an full time Administrator to work within the parts team of a busy call centre based in Glasgow's east end. The role will be on a temporary basis and will require candidates to be fully flexible in their working hours, working between 8am - 9pm and 5/7 days, 40 hours/week. Additionally weekend work will be required occasionally. You must be available for an immediate start.

Duties include:

  • Sourcing parts from available suppliers per engineers instructions
  • Ensuring that parts are delivered on time and keeping both engineers and customers up to date
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be a detailed note maker, as notes must be recorded for each transaction
  • Excellent IT skills
