Location – Bishopbriggs

Contract – Permanent

Salary – Up to £16,087 per annum

Hours – 35-40

Shifts - Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm

Training - 4 Weeks, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Start Date - 13/03/2017

The Role

We have great opportunities for self-motivated people, with a passion for excellent customer service to join our team in Bishopbriggs. With a free shuttle bus from Glasgow City Centre to our contact centre it has never been easier to get to us.

Within the role you’ll be contacting existing Aviva customers regarding renewing their Car or Home Insurance policy, ensuring answers are always delivered and resolutions found, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service as this is not a sales driven role.

We are looking for great people who will listen and ask the right questions, be able to objection handle whilst bringing their personality and enthusiasm to ensure all customers receive the attention and care they deserve. You will know how to always put the customer at the heart of everything that you do, along with having good computer skills and the ability and focus to maintain attention to detail whilst working to quality measures.

Full training will be provided with on-going support to ensure you have the required knowledge and skills to succeed and enjoy your role.
