Bilingual Helpdesk Dunfermline   7.62 to 8.00 per hour

Our prestigious client, who is a market leader in the design, manufacturing and supply of payment solutions, currently has an exciting opportunity for technical customer service advisors to join their team in Dunfermline, on a full time basis.

This is a position requiring a bilingual individual who has and excellent level of both English and Polish to take calls from Polish customers/clients.

We are looking for people with well developed customer service and organisational skills to provide technical support to customers; providing a speedy and efficient solution to their technical issues or needs. This is a telephony role which will involve taking inbound calls and giving technical help; investigating the issue and then guiding the customer through the solution

The required candidate will have a flexible approach to work, customer service motivated and enjoy working towards targets (regarding customer service, call time SLAs etc.)

Advisors will be required to be fully flexible working on a shift pattern that falls within the company operational hours: Monday to Sunday, 8am - 8pm (some later shifts may be required)

Your pay rate will be 7.62 per hour working 8 hour shifts, 5 days per week.
