Customer Service Advisor (Financial Management)
£16,000-£18,000 + Service Related Bonus (c. £3600 per year)
My client, a nationally known and well established Financial Solutions provider with an exceptional reputation in their market, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Manchester.
Your role will be to speak to customers of the company who are currently using one of the company’s specialist Financial Solutions. You will perform general Customer Service duties, undertake in depth questioning with the client, understand their individual circumstances and ensure they are on the best solution for their needs. This includes Debt Management Plans, IVA’s, Trust Deeds, Bankruptcy or any other solutions that best fit their needs. This is a highly sensitive and compliant role, and as such you will Treat all your customers fairly and adopt a customer focused attitude at all times.
You will have experience in the Debt Management or IVA industry, have excellent communication and listening skills and be looking to join a highly compliant and market leading company in their field. My client are fully regulated, take their ethical responsibilities very seriously and are looking for people with the same approach.
In return for your experience, my client is looking to pay £16,000-£18,000 + Service Related Bonus (£3600 per year) + Company Benefits. The company offers stability and genuine career opportunities for motivated people.
