This role is responsible for handling incoming traffic (calls) that results from communication to consumers, companies and other insured's in relation to the Legal Entity Integration (LEI) of Chubb and ACE.
The majority of activity will be the receipt and handling of telephone calls form a range of stakeholders using approved outline scripts and the accurate capture of the reason for the call in a set of pre-formatted data capture documents.
The job holder will also need to redirect calls to the appropriate area or department when the purpose of the call is NOT connected directly with the LEI team. This may be by using call transfer mechanisms where they are available Or by providing callers with an alternative number to call.
The role is not a permanent and will be requited for approximately 4 months from the beginning of November.
Duties include:
  • Escalate any complaints that do not deal directly with their process of Legal entity integration to a nominated contact point.
  • The role holder may need to have incoming emails and provide brief standardised responses in free text where appropriate.
  • The role holder may be required to issue standardised e mails to specified e mail addresses when requested to do so.
  • The role holder may be a 'stand-alone' hire or may be an existing member of Chubb staff or a member of staff at a supplier.

Other duties:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls- in line with a guideline script
  • Capture the content of each call completely and accurately in a database or other standard data capture mechanism
  • Where calls are NOT about LEI, identity the nature  of the call and provide a warm transfer
  • Escalate any unusual or complex queries 
  • From time to time issue outbound standard e mails to addresses provided.
  • Read and response in a standardised fashion to incoming e mails referring to Legal entity integration
  • The role holder may NOT provide commentary and advice in the implications of integration but may only use approved information prepared. - This is not and advice line, it is a response capture service.
  • The role holder must be proficient at summarising information and  capturing key points in system databases succinctly and accurately
