A full time Office Support Recruitment Resourcer role, Glasgow City Centre, £16k + bonus, generating candidates from job adverts, social media and database searches, interviewing candidates over the phone & face to face, compliance checks, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm (initial 6 month fixed term contract with the potential for extension)

Your new role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be working on an initial 6 month Office Support project which will involve managing the 180 degree recruitment cycle. You will be responsible for sourcing & meeting with new candidates through various means of advertising. You will write comprehensive adverts to display on our Hays Website and other job boards to keep new applications and candidates coming through to the Office Support team. You will conduct telephone and face to face screening interviews & effectively showcase successful candidates to the market whilst continuously update our clients on a daily basis. You will check all necessary compliance documentation, updating all required information on our database and carrying out regular audits, whilst consistently hitting your KPI’s and targets.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have a proven track record of success in previous employment, university or education and will thrive working in our high performance, corporate environment. A strong customer service background, experience working as a sales professional, administrator or resourcer are desired - extensive IT skills are essential. Given the nature of this role, you will also need to demonstrate an organised approach to your work and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, candidates and clients. You will showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills and display your enthusiasm, drive and love for people. The ability to deal in a professional manner with your clients and candidates as well as demonstrating your inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge are essential for this role. You will need an eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic to ensure that all data and compliance records are accurate and up to date.
