Based in Irvine in a modern, state-of-the-art facility, as a Web Chat Consultant you will be the first point of contact and personality of the business. A natural communicator, you will offer a professional and efficient service, always delivering with a personal touch. You will be handling web chat interactions using various methods, to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
With bags of energy, confidence, and understanding customer’s needs, you’re the kind of person who keeps cool under pressure and has exceptional attention to detail. You’ll have excellent negotiation, written, verbal skills and be IT literate.
No previous experience is necessary as you will receive great training that complements your ability to gain customers trust and attention. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
Handle web chat interactions in a timely & professional manner
Customer management through various methods, in order to ensure an excellent customer experience
Essential Experience & Skills:
Attention to detail
Strong PC aptitude including proficient typing speed
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to hand multiple priorities simultaneously
Confident when dealing with customer enquiries or complaints.
Professional & friendly at all times with great energy & enthusiasm
Ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a target driven environment
The ability to build rapport & engage with customers
Class room based training followed by a further 3 weeks within a graduation bay environment delivered by our dedicated team of accredited Trainers.
