Collections Advisors and Administrators (Full Time, 35 hours per week)

The Company

Caledonian Consumer Finance Ltd is a financial services company based in Finnieston, Glasgow that provides consumer finance and loan servicing solutions for clients in the Education and Training sector.  The business is entering a period of expansion and we now have fantastic opportunities for experienced Collections Advisors and Administrators to join our business.

The Role

Collections Advisors (Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm, salary £16,500 to £18,500 (based on experience), OTE £21,000 to £25,000  

You’ll be responsible for contacting customers by telephone to arrange the repayment of outstanding debts.   You’ll be able to engage with customers and will have strong negotiation and influencing skills together with excellent customer service skills.  You’ll have at least 12 months experience working within a telephone collections role together with a track record of delivering results.

Administrators (Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, salary c.£21,000 based on experience)

Working as part of a small dedicated team, you’ll be an experienced Administrator able to provide first class service to our clients and customers as well as supporting the Operations Manager by carrying out a broad range of administrative duties.  Responsibilities include managing various banking processes, dealing with client queries, managing customer and client payments, dealing with customer and client correspondence and creating and updating Management Information.

You’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience within an Administrative role (ideally within a Financial Services/Contact Centre environment) and will have strong written and verbal communication skills.  You should have a proven track record of providing service excellence and have good PC skills.
