Collections Advisor required for our client in Edinburgh city centre.
Duties will include:
All Administration for customer accounts
Maintaining accurate records of all collection activity
Negotiating repayment plans
Dealing with all correspondence for customer records
Liaising with colleagues internally & externally
You will possess previous experience within a collections or customer account manager environment.
Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills
Have the ability to challenge and be assertive in a business manner
Excellent Time management
Have than ability to multi task and work with changing demands & deadlines
