To have success in this job you need to be an innovative thinker and excellent customer service skills are essential.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and we expect the contract to last a minimum of 3 months initially.
Here's what you'll be doing on a typical day in the office:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Investigate queries, take ownership and resolve to customer satisfaction
- Answering, actioning and resolving
- High volume data entry
- Updating spreadsheets and in-house systems
People who we have previously been taken on have been highly organised and have had experience working in a contact centre environment. Most importantly though you need to have good MS office skills, ability to converse effectively at all levels and you need to enjoy working in a busy environment.
