Call Handler - Inbound Dunfermline   8.50 per hour Benefits: Overtime available


We have a unique opportunity with our emergency service client based in Dunfermline. We are looking for people who are empathetic and have a patient and calm telephone manner to work as part of our Inbound Call Handling team.


- First point of contact for emergency calls
- Arrange emergency appointments, giving clients all required information
- Reassure & build rapport with clients, showing high levels of empathy
- Update patient records with relevant and accurate information in a timely manner


- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced call centre environment
- Computer literate & skilled in MS Office packages
- Flexible approach

The shift pattern for this role would suit those who want to work late evening/nightshift or who can only commit to part-time hours.
