Customer Service Technical Co-Ordinator
Full-time Salary: 17,000.00 + bonus - OTE 23,000

Are you an experienced customer focused advisor and looking for a new challenge and an exciting opportunity for 2017! If so I want to hear from you. I am looking for a driven candidate to work for an exciting utilities company who have exclusive rights to sell their product in the UK.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be the front line technical telephone contact for the sales team and customers, taking and processing sales orders and monitoring through to delivery.

You will develop and maintain a closer relationship with customers by way of regular planned telephone contact and by offering a variety of sales and service support.

You Manage customers debt levels and deal with credit control up to the point of legal action.

You will contact end users to ensure that they are happy with their boiler and to request them to make Trust pilot reviews

During working hours, you will deal with incoming breakdown calls and, where possible, diagnose and decide on next course of action.

You will manage the service call out process from calls being raised, checking on progress and correct completion of the service call records.

You will manage the out of hour's telephone helpline, including dealing with emailed customer issues.

You will also manage warranty return parts process through to the factory and subsequent decision on cost/replacement including maintaining regular contact with our service agent network

Assist the National Technical Manager with technical updates, training and literature/instruction preparation

This role will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am to 17.30pm. A key part of this role will involve some out of hours work for which only a standby payment will be made. A mobile phone will be provided.

Required Skills

Technical experience in the domestic boiler industry is essential
Excellent computer skills
Good telephone manner
Strong proof reading skills
