We are looking for a Swedish speaking customer service advisor to join a growing international customer care team based in the centre of Edinburgh. For this role, you must have customer service experience, be flexible, adaptable and willing to learn.

The role:
* Manage a portfolio of clients in Sweden
* Provide outstanding to existing clients and handle any inbound enquiries from Swedish speakers
* Work together with clients to solve any problems
* Troubleshoot any technical issues your clients need assistance with
* Keep in regular contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction

Your profile:
* Fluent in Swedish to a very high level, both spoken and written
* Previous customer service experience
* Account management experience preferred but not required
* Able to work independently within a team
* Passionate, driven and disciplined
* Flexible and adaptable
