Adecco are currently looking for an Customer Service Advisors to work with their Public Sector client in their main Contact Centre based in the city centre on a temporary basis. These roles are full time with shifts at various times between 08.00 - 20.00.

The role:
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be providing front line support and assistance to our client's customers.

What they are looking for:
*Provide a reliable customer focused service through a variety of formats including; telephone, face to face, email, and online.
*Receive, respond, and refer customer comments, suggestions, service requests and complaints in line with policy.
*Work proactively to facilitate customer access to the full range of services and activities.
*Handle sensitive and personal information in line with appropriate policies and confidentiality guidelines.
*Work within a team of staff dealing with customer's issues and service requests through provision of information, guidance, or progressing requests to wider council services
*Deliver a range of clerical and administrative support to meet customer contact deliverables including (where appropriate) reception and cash handling duties.
*Use appropriate systems to process; payments, service requests, or updates for wider council services.
*Work with the Customer Contact Team Leaders, Customer Contact Officers and other Customer Contact Advisers to support new initiatives and the strategic direction of the Council and ensuring that that all customer contact services are planned in a consistent manner in accordance with the client's strategic objectives.
*Receive payments from customers and undertake associated financial procedures.
*Use appropriate systems to process; payments, service requests, or updates for wider services.

Personal Attributes:
You will be well presented, enthusiastic, motivated and eager to work to high standards during all shifts. You will have good listening skills and be able to work using your own initiative as well as on your own or as part of a team. You must be reliable and have good observation skills.
