I am looking for fluent French speakers to join a multinational dynamic team at Edinburgh's number one multilingual employer! This company is a global customer service provider and offers an amazing opportunity to use your French language and communication skills.
You will be representing a key account and will be responsible for receiving calls and emails from customers, discussing a range of products and services. This role carries some brilliant benefits, such as on site parking, free hot drinks, Friday doughnuts and fruit, retail discounts and a very generous holiday allowance.
As well as being fluent in French, you must also be fluent in English to be considered for this position. You will be confident using all Microsoft packages and some previous experience in customer service would be ideal.
Working pattern is 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 - flexible hours between 8am - 10pm
