At Capita Customer Management we work for some of the best-known brands in the country, like car makers, tech companies and mobile phone networks. Right now we're looking for people to take Customer Service calls on behalf of our client, a large energy supplier at our Skypark site in Glasgow.
The current start date for this role is 19th September. This part time role is offering £7,488 per annum and will require you to work 20 hours per week 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday.
This role will include managing a high volume of incoming customer queries relating to gas and electric billing queries, inputting and amending customer payment/personal details, providing information on the most competitive tariffs depending on the customer requirements. You will need to have enthusiasm, resilience and a professional customer service approach at all times.
You'll need a confident, friendly telephone manner and a willingness to help solve your customers' problems. We'll give you all the training you need, and the range of work we do means there's lots of opportunity for ambitious people to progress.
