At Capita Customer Management we work for some of the best-known brands in the country, like car makers, tech companies and mobile phone networks. Right now we're looking for people to take inbound Customer Service calls in a call centre environment on behalf of Scottish Power at our Skypark site in Glasgow.

The start date for this role is Monday 10th October 2016. This full-time role is offering 14,742 per annum and will require you to be flexible to work between our operational hours which are 9AM - 8PM Monday to Friday and 8AM - 5PM Saturday with no Sunday working. This is a full time contract working 37.5hrs per week.

About you

This role will include managing a high volume of incoming customer queries relating to gas and electric billing queries, inputting and amending customer payment/personal details, providing information on the most competitive tariffs depending on the customer requirements. You will need to have enthusiasm, resilience and a professional customer service approach at all times.

You'll need a confident, friendly telephone manner and a willingness to help solve your customers' problems. We'll give you all the training you need, and the range of work we do means there's lots of opportunity for ambitious people to progress.
