Hudson are currently recruiting for multilingual customer advisors on behalf of our client. Based in Glasgow city centre we offer opportunity's for individuals looking to build a career in the B2B industry. German , French, Dutch and Swedish are amongst some of the languages we are looking to recruit.
What would this role look like from day to day?
- Prioritising your workload and customer calls according to urgency.
- Preparing for each customer call by researching previous conversations and company information to identify the information you still need to gather from your client.
- Identifying key client contacts, update the company system and work towards campaign targets and objectives.
- Working as part of a high performing team and sharing best practise
- Placing calls to companies in the queue, qualifying the call and working towards attainment of campaign objectives.
- Managing the data to include contacts identified and leads generated.
- Building rapport with customers and manage stakeholders effectively.
What does the role look like for you?
