Do you have previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service through the resolution of complaints?
If so, we want to hear from you. We are currently recruiting for Customer Complaints Specialist to be based at our clients Uddingston Call & Contact Centre. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity for experienced individuals who have previous experience of delivering excellent customer service through managing the resolution of complaints.
Successful individuals will have experience of handling complex customer enquiries, including escalated customer complaints, either via telephone, online or written correspondence. You will be required to take responsibility for customer enquiries ensuring successful resolution and demonstrate your enthusiasm and positive attitude whilst working in a challenging environment.

Flexible to work any 5 days from 6, between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Whilst flexibility is required, you will not be required to work every saturday.
