Temporary role until Christmas - may be extended for right candidate

£7.56 per hour - overtime available
Shift work 40 hours per week - 5 days out 7 between 7am - 11pm (weekend work included)
Do you have excellent customer service experience and enjoy helping customers on a daily basis?
Working for a major retailer within their contact centre dealing with inbound customer services you will be responsible for taking customer orders, helping customers with the website and delivery queries. There may be some follow up calls required to help customer experience and make sure orders are received.
You will have previous experience either within a call centre or customer facing role. You must be able to communicate via the telephone and email, confirming customer information.
In return you will be paid £7.50 per hour and paid weekly. This temporary role is expected to run until Christmas time. However there is an opportunity of the role becoming permanent for the right candidates. Start dates available in October.
