Change Recruitment Group have a number of new opportunities available to work with a Global Financial Services organisation based in Glasgow. We have a requirement for Customer Service Executives to join their telephone banking team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a strong customer service/contact centre or financial service background.
As an integral part of the Customer Service Team::
You will be responsible for providing specialist transactional banking support and expert service to UK, Ireland and international Private Bank clients.
Skills & Experience:
(You must meet the following criteria)
· You will be flexible and professional under pressure, have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment and focus on succeeding in a challenging environment.
· You must be able to work accurately to deadlines and committed to meeting team targets.
· You will contribute positively to the organisational culture, and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
· Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills essential.
· Must have experience following financial service compliance.
· Financial service / contact centre experience or experience dealing with Investments/Pensions essential.
· Broad understanding of the financial service industry.
· Experience of upselling products essential.
· YOU MUST PASS A CREDIT CHECK and reference check covering the last 3 years.
· ONLY CANDIDATES WITH ONE WEEKS NOTICE OR LESS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Whats In It for YOU:
· Glasgow City Centre location (easily accessible by public transport)
· Full time hours on an 8 week shift rotation, 5 days from 7, between 7am - 8pm and one full weekend in 8
· Weekly pay on a competitive salary of £10.30 per hour (equivalent to £20,000)
· Ongoing temporary contract for 6 months with possible extension
