Your new role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide outstanding service at every touch point with our clients' customers. Working in a multi-channel contact centre requires a hunger and drive to respond to all customer enquiries in a professional way that builds long lasting relationships and consistently achieves our service levels by meeting or exceeding individual targets.
You will service inbound customer enquiries relating to home or motor insurance products ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. Providing first contact resolution you will solve customer queries efficiently and effectively with each interaction.
What you'll need to succeed?
Previous experience of working in a contact centre with a passion for delivering excellence for the customer is essential. Home and motor insurance experience is advantageous. Excellent communication and rapport building skills are paramount, as well as attention to detail and the ability to identify a problem and provide a solution.
