CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
HOURS: 42 Hours per week. 4 on 4 off rotational day and night shift

LOCATION: Lenzie Place Concierge Station/Call Centre

We are now looking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced and skilled officer capable of delivering excellent high quality Customer Service in a busy 24-hour service Call Centre environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, administration and organisational skills.
The Customer Service Officer will work on a rotational 4 on / 4 off shift pattern working from 8.00am – 8.00pm and 8.00pm – 8.00am, depending on the needs of the service.
The successful candidate will be appointed on ng2 terms and conditions of employment. ng2 Ltd does not have a sick-pay scheme however a pension scheme is offered in line with auto-enrolment and annual leave is 28 days per annum (pro rata 19.5 days) inclusive of public holidays.
