I am currently looking for a Complaints Handler to join one of my clients based in Hillington.
As a Complaints Handler you will be responsible for resolving and escalating complaints to full customer satisfaction and providing the highst level of customer service and the best resolution within set timescales.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have previous experience in dealing with complaints by phone or email where you will benefit from an excellent working environment and weekly pay!.
You will be required to work 5 days over 7 on a shift pattern between 8am and 8pm.
