Maxwell Bruce are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in an inbound retail call centre. You will work for Maxwell Bruce on this contract which will be ongoing which then may lead long term for the right candidate.
You will be working 35hrs each week over a combination of 5 shifts 7 hours shifts over 7 days, including Saturday and Sunday work.
Pay Rate will be £7.20 per hour – weekly pay.
As the Customer Service Admin your day to day tasks will include:
Answering inbound calls from customers and clients
Processing orders on the in-house computer system.
Support customers using Live Help.
Use and update Social Media
Liaising with customers and clients
Providing first class customer service
Naturally you will have good customer service skills, an excellent phone manner and be comfortable using MS Word, Outlook and we will provide you with full training for the internal system.
6 months to 1 year minimum
To be considered for this role you must be available to work 5 days out of 7, including weekend work. The site can very difficult to reach by public transport, so having your own transport would be an advantage.
To be considered for this role you must be available for an interview this week in Glasgow and be able to start immediately.
