Your new role
Working predominately on email communications, you will manage all customer queries and requests regarding the booking and planning of their travel arrangements in line with quality standards, in order to ensure a positive customer experience that leads to customer satisfaction and retention.
Taking ownership of the end to end process you will ensure the timely and accurate resolution of customer's queries at the first point of contact within agreed service. You will provide a prompt and efficient service to customers, ensuring that customers' needs are met and resolved to their satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed?
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment or customer facing role, handling service and/or complaints would be desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- MS office including Word and Excel
- Ability to identify a problem and provide a solution
- Attention to detail
