Our client employs an innovative business model to partner with clients and to provide a one-stop service.
This one stop solution includes the delivery of refrigeration/HVAC service and maintenance activity across their impressive client base, which includes one of the largest food retailers in the world.
As a result of continued growth we are now looking to recruit a number of technical bureau operators who will take on the interesting and challenging role of analyzing alarm activity and performance of Refrigeration and HVAC equipment across a regional network of high profile supermarket sites.
The main direction of the role and responsibilities are:
· Monitor and manage new HVAC and refrigeration calls and respond promptly and positively to service call requests prioritising Engineering activity
· Investigation of refrigeration & HVAC alarms with a high focus on response times
- To integrate PC based building and refrigeration management systems in order to identify and remedy monitored alarms
· To arrange maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times to budgetary constraints
· To identify faults in plant and machinery promptly and advise Engineers promptly and assist Engineers in diagnosing faults
You will be a positive individual, with a strong approach to customer service and able to work in a dynamic technical business environment
You will be a strong communicator with ideally (not essential) technical refrigeration/HVAC or Building Management skills or a relevant degree or professional qualification in either discipline.
You will be analytical with a robust thought process and aptitude for problem solving.
You will also be PC literate with the ability to read and understand technical drawings and operating manuals to diagnose potential faults.
