Are you an experienced contact centre leader? Do you have experience of managing both team managers and agents? Do you have strong stakeholder management?
Search Consultancy is delighted to partner with a unique business that has an opportunity for an operations manager. This role will involve managing a number of managers as well as all telephony staff . The salary for will be up to £32k and is based in Edinburgh.
Main duties would be as follows:
- Lead, develop and inspire both team managers and agents.
- Shape and develop contact centre policies.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse MI and ensure delivery against call levels.
As this is an operations manager role, candidates must have extensive experience of managing a contact centre operation. Additionally if candidates have the following attributes then it would be beneficial:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
