Customer Services Team Manager
£22,000-£30,000 + Benefits
My client, a nationally known and well established Financial Solutions provider with an exceptional reputation in their market, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Manager to join their Operations team based in Manchester City Centre.
You will lead, manage and motivate a team of Customer Service Advisors in their day to day duties. You will manage KPI’s, be involved in continuous improvement, and deal with training and development issues. You will handle escalated complaints and report any compliance/regulatory issues back to Board level. You will handle disciplinary matters, be involved in the recruitment process and report directly to the Head of Operations.
You will be from a Team Management background within the Financial Solutions industry, have a “Leader” mentality and be able to demonstrate a solid career history.
In return for your experience, my client is looking to pay up to £30,000 + Company Benefits.
