Are you an experienced contact centre leader? Do you enjoy driving and leading teams? Do you have strong stakeholder management?
Search Consultancy is delighted to partner with a leading outsourcer that has an opportunity for an operations manager. This role will involve managing a number of managers as well as all telephony staff. The salary for will be up to £35k and is based in Selkirk
Main duties would be as follows:
- Lead, develop and inspire both team managers and agents.
- Shape and develop contact centre policies.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse MI and ensure delivery against call levels.
As this is an operations manager role, candidates must have extensive experience of managing a contact centre operation. Additionally if candidates have the following attributes then it would be beneficial:
- Experience of managing both CS and sales through service teams.
- Outsourcer experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
